Arrival in Entebbe International Airport in Uganda.
You will be met by our professional driver guide and transfer to the Hotel.

DAY 01: ENTEBBE – FLY BWINDI
Early breakfast at the Hotel
Transfer to Entebbe International Airport for a domestic flight to Western Uganda, departing Entebbe at 07.00 hrs. Arrival at the Kisoro Airstrip (expected arrival at 08.10 / 08.55 hr.).
On arrival you will be transferred by road in about two hours (34 km) to the home of the endangered mountain gorillas. Check in at the lodge and enjoy a delicious lunch. In the afternoon you will have the opportunity to relax and prepare yourself for the next day. Or go for an optional (guided) forest walk for a first introduction with Uganda’s unique flora and fauna.

DAY 02: BWINDI-GORILLA TRACKING EXPERIENCE

This morning commence the trek after the briefing at the park gate.
The highlight of your safari: a meeting with the gentle giants of Bwindi! Expect to walk a long distance in steep and muddy conditions, sometimes with rain overhead, before you encounter any gorillas. But it will definitely be worthwhile as you observe them closely while they eat, play and rest. Spend 1 hour with the gorillas! A unique and unforgettable experience!
Please remember to bring your passport for registration, appropriate, water proof hiking boots and a light rain coat. To protect from stinging nettles, we recommend long pants and long sleeved tops. A pair of old gardening gloves can help grabbing onto the vegetation while most hotels/lodges provide a walking stick that come in very handy especially when hiking downhill. A small waterproof backpack is an excellent idea to carry a light snack, bottled water as well as protection for your camera.
Upon sighting the gorillas, you spend 1 hour with them as they go about their daily life; feeding, moving, playing, raising their young and sometimes wrestling by the juveniles – it is a totally unique and unforgettable experience! Afterwards trek back to the lodge for lunch and a refreshing shower.

DAY 03: BWINDI NATIONAL PARK – ENTEBBE – DEPARTURE

Transfer to the Kisoro airstrip for the morning scheduled flight KISORO – ENTEBBE 08:25/11:25 Hrs.
(PCR test done in Entebbe before departure which takes 03 to 06 hrs. – if they will still be required. cost is NOT included)
Arrival in Nairobi at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, met and assisted through immigration formalities and onto your vehicle for transfer to the hotel for overnight.
Overnight at the DOUBLETREE BY HILTON, NAIROBI HURLIGHARM – Guest room (Bed & Breakfast).
DAY 4: NAIROBI – LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
Breakfast at the Hotel.
This morning depart for the Lake Nakuru National Park in the Great Rift Valley with a brief stopover at the designated view point to catch the panoramic views of the Great Rift Valley as you descend the escarpment into the Rift Valley with its stunning volcanic landscapes. Lunch at a Lodge overlooking Lake Nakuru. Afternoon game viewing and bird watching drive around Lake Nakuru, seasonal home to millions of Flamingo and a multitude of other exotic birdlife. Lake Nakuru is now also contains prolific wildlife in this deluxe safari and is one of the best places in East Africa to see rhino.

DAY 5: LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK – MAASAI MARA NATIONAL PARK
Breakfast at the Lodge.
This morning drive to Masai Mara game reserve, passing by the dormant Longonot volcano and arriving in time for lunch at a lodge. Afternoon game viewing drive in the Reserve with its wonderful views across paradise plains.

DAY 6: MAASAI MARA NATIONAL PARK
A full day game viewing in the Mara, Kenya’s finest wildlife reserve. Elephant and Buffalo abound in the riverine forests, while out on the grasslands Impala and Thompson’s gazelle can be seen together with their attendant predators such as lion, Cheetah, Hyena and Jackal. The Mara is, in fact, the northern part of the Serengeti ecosystem and plays host to the vast herds of wildebeest and zebra during the months of July to October. Lesser known species such as topi, hartebeest, waterbuck Eland and many small mammals create a kaleidoscopic picture of wildlife.

DAY 7: MAASAI MARA – SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Early breakfast at the camp.
This morning depart for the Sirari/Isabania border by road. After customs and immigration formalities, change of vehicles and proceed to the Serengeti driving along the shored of the Lake Victoria. Picnic lunches. Late afternoon game drive in Serengeti parkas you drive to the Lodge.

DAY 8: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Morning and afternoon game viewing in Serengeti, perhaps the greatest symbol of African wildlife heritage. Being centrally located, Serena lodge is an ideal base for exploring this hugely diverse Park. The short grass plains dotted with rock outcrops “kopjes” dominate the south and supports a combined population of more than 2.5 million Wildebeest, Zebra and gazelle during the wet season December to April. As drier weather approaches in May, the wildebeest migrate to the center and Western corridor of the park where acacia savannah predominates and giraffe are more likely to be found. Don’t forget to look out for leopard and hippo along the riverine forest. By July, the herds arrive in the north where the plains give way to densely wooded hills and elephant country. Here they remain until the coming of the short rains in November signal the start of the Great Trek south again.

DAY 9: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK – NGORONGORO CRATER
Early Breakfast at the Lodge. Early Morning drive to Ngorongoro crater Conservation area with with en-route game drive, a brief stopover at the pre-historic Olduvai Gorge 08:00 hrs. (Optional). Descend to the crater floor for the crater tour with picnic lunches (max 6 hours in the crater).A first glimpse of Ngorongoro leaves one literally breathless. Once a huge volcano, probably larger than Kilimanjaro, it is now a vast circular amphitheater, spectacularly beautiful and a Garden of Eden for huge numbers of wildlife. The animals are resident throughout the year including all of the “Big Five” Elephant, Lion, Buffalo, Rhino and Leopard. Centerpiece of the extensive floor is Crater Lake with its pink mantle of Flamingo and other birdlife.
Evening we ascend to crater rim and drive to your Lodge.

DAY 10: LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK
Today we will drive to Lake Manyara National Park. We will arrive there around 9.30 am then start game drives till lunch time when you will get short stop to take lunch at picnic site. Thereafter proceed with game drives for the rest hours of day. This is one of Tanzania’s smaller parks but still offers a rewarding and diverse safari experience. The lakeshore at Manyara teems with birdlife, and while you are looking for the birds, you might spot one of the elusive tree-climbing lions. There are a surprising number of other large mammals and the striking cliffs on the Rift escarpment form a dramatic backdrop. Later afternoon we will head back to the Lake Manyara Serena Hotel for Dinner and Overnight.
DAY 11: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK – ARUSHA TOWN – FLY ZANZIBAR
Pick up at 7:30 AM from Hotel and depart for Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch for a full day game drive. Third largest National park is known for its huge baobab trees on the landscape, the animals that feed beneath them. The Tarangire River is the mark of this park which is famous for some of the largest herds of elephants in Africa. Here you may see lion, leopard, cheetah, lesser kudu, buffalo, Oryx, eland, giraffe and zebra. Post the game drive, you will head back to your lodge where a delicious lunch awaits you .In the afternoon drive to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar. On arrival at Zanzibar Airport we will pick you for transfer to BlueBay beach resort.

DAY 12: ZANZIBAR BEACH HOLIDAYS
