6 Days Tantalizing Best Tanzania Safari will start and ends in Arusha, the 6-day best safari will give you an amazing experience in Northern Tanzania National Parks such as Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, Serengeti National Park not only National Parks but also you will have the chance to visit one of the Wonderful Tanzanian Conservation Area Known as Ngorongoro. You will view spot a lot of wildlife species found in Serengeti National Parks and the great annual migration of Wildebeest in the Serengeti if you have time at a specific time of the year. Some of the common animals to spot in these national parks include; lions, zebras, warthogs, antelopes, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeest, and if you are lucky you can also see Cheetah, the black rhinos, and Leopard. Day 0: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha
Arrival Kilimanjaro Airport where you will be met and assisted by Kilibound Adventure staff for transfer to Arusha Town, depending on your arrival time you will be able to have a town tour to buy your stuff and watch out this beautiful town and its people, later in the evening you will be taken back to the hotel for dinner and Overnight ready to prepare for your Safari on the next morning.
Day 1: Arusha Town to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, be picked up from your hotel and proceed to Tarangire National Park, the sixth largest national park in Tanzania which is located in Manyara Region. This place is characterized by the large herds of elephants, tree-climbing lions, and fascinating baobab trees. It is also called the Tree of Life for the almost mythical powers that some cultures attach to it. This park is especially known for the Tarangire River which flows all year round and is the only source of water for wild animals during dry seasons. Game drives will be done till evening the time you will be driven to lodge for Dinner and Overnight.
Day 2: Manyara to Lake Natron
Soon after having your breakfast depart for Lake Natron with lunch boxes from your hotels. Arrive in the afternoon. A short tour to Lake Natron on foot. Lake Natron is one of the major flamingo breeding areas. Evening, visit the nearby waterfalls for a swim in the river and also visit a Maasai family for a short cultural interaction. Dinner they preparation go at the base of the Mt. Oldonyo Lengai. Transfer to the base of Mt. Lengai for Dinner and overnight: Natron Campsites.
Day 3: Lake Natron to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, leave Natron game drives on the way to Serengeti National Park Lobo area with a picnic lunch. Serengeti National Park is among other incredible wildlife and stunning views, is famed for the annual migration of over 1.5 million wildebeest and hundred thousand zebras, a frenzied bout of territorial conquests and mating happening from July thru October. Witness actual survival of the fittest as these animals plunge through crocodile-infested waters. Do game drives in these wonderful plains. Evening drive to lodge for Dinner and Overnight.
Day 4: Northern Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, drive to the north side of Serengeti National Park where you will view the great migration at the Mara area. The key feature is the Mara River and it is not uncommon to see the herds cross the Mara River north on one day and then back south a few days later. Please take note that finding a crossing is very challenging and is sometimes a matter of luck. This area is a stunning region with kopjes, woodland, riverine vegetation, and open plains, similar to Kenya’s Maasai Mara Game Reserve. In the evening drive back to the lodge for Dinner and Overnight.
Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro for the crater tour with a picnic lunch. Descend to the crater floor for the day tour. Inside of Crater 20,000 different mammals live in the area including about 20 black rhinoceros hence making the crater the best place in Tanzania to see these amazing creatures. The crater floor also has one of the highest carnivore densities in the world. Game drives will be done till evening drive back to lodge for Dinner and Overnight.
Day 6: Manyara National Park to Kilimanjaro International Airport
After having breakfast you will be driven to Manyara National Park which will be the last National Park you will visit in the Northern circuit. This park is famous for its tree-climbing lions. The large part of this wonderful Park is covered by the alkaline Manyara lake which is seasonally visited by the large flamingos and many other water birds. Along the shores of the lake, you will spot many animals including elephants, hippos, giraffes, buffalos, antelopes, banded mongoose, and gazelles. After animals, birds, trees watching, drive back to Kilimanjaro International Airport to catch your departure flight. Best Tanzania Safari with Kilibound Adventure will come to a close.
