2 DAYS TANZANIA SAFARI IN SAADANI NATIONAL PARK
SAADANI ITINERARY
Saadani National Park is where the beautiful beach meets the bush. The one and only wildlife sanctuary in East Africa to boast for an Indian Ocean beach-front, it as well possesses all the attributes that make Tanzania’s tropical coastline and islands very popular with European sun-worshipers. Yet it is also the one place where those idle hours of sunbathing might be interrupted by an elephant strolling past, or a lion coming to drink at the nearby waterhole!
DAY 1: MOSHI TO SAADANI NATIONAL PARK
You will be picked up from your pickup point in Moshi town early morning and travel to the Saadani National Park for about 7-8 hours drive. Upon arrival in the park you will enjoy a delicious late lunch and then spend some time relaxing on the beach. Later in the afternoon you will embark on a boat trip on the Wami River where you will spot crocodile and hippo and a wide range of birds. Later in the evening you will travel to the Kisampa Bush Retreatat Matipwili village where you will check-in, have dinner and settle in for the night.Kisampa is a private community conservation sanctuary that adjoins the coastal Saadani National Park in eastern Tanzania.
DAY 2: SAADANI NATIONAL PARKS
After breakfast you will check-out of the lodge and then spend the day with a game drive within Saadani National Park. On the drive you will come across large herds of buffalo and elephant. You will also see impala, lion, giraffe and a wide variety of birds. Afternoon after having lunch you will travel back to Moshi town to your destination point where will mark the end of our safari.
